We are an assessment, coaching, and employee engagement focused HR consulting firm.  HCSA is led by David J. Kohutynski, Ph.D., an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and ICF credentialed executive coach with over 30-years' business and consulting experience across Asia Pacific and the USA.  HCSA serves clients from a wide variety of industries including Financial Services, Transportation, FMCG, Healthcare, Technology, Hospitality and Retail.  We address the needs of the individual, team, and organization to bring about growth and desired change.

Our approach blends scientific research, in-depth listening and root cause analysis.  We collaborate with our clients and client stakeholders to develop a vision of the desired future.  We help our clients create an implementation plan and provide the support they need to execute the plan and make it last.  While we are contracted to help our clients achieve specific goals, we like to establish lasting processes that allow our clients to not only achieve those specific goals but future goals as well.
